A public transit system that does not look reminiscent to βββ βββββ ββββ. Tunnels are filled with contaminated entities - hereby referred to as 'Hosts' - where source seems to be biological (fungal) in nature.
The entity Qterw-E-1613 continues to act as guide.
WEEK ONE | hunger pangs

Addendum 7785-β: No potential for resupply due to blockage caused by the Hosts. Low individual threat level, but their abundance means corpses must be relocated to clear passageways.
and she almost lasts the full week of scouting, culling and dragging corpses around before the first signs of corruption start to settle - and suddenly she ponders, idly, if perhaps she was given the gift of a blade to not only carve a safer path for herself and the other vessels, but to spare her the use of her teeth for this upcoming venture.
the trickster's footsteps make not a sound, but her soft bell-like giggle gives her away before she can pounce. maybe she catches an arm in the embrace of her own, maybe it's her claws in fabric, or maybe she's just missed her chance entirely. either way, her smile is playful, eyes twinkling in the dim of the underground even behind her half-mask.
'who' normally matters more to her; the immoral and unkind deserve everything she has to give them. but perhaps it's the prolonged exposure to the space, or the energy she's burned through clearing areas out the best she can, but that distinction is starting to dwindle.
she's still trying to behave though, even now, wolf-like in the way her eyes slowly take in the one who wandered off the path. thoughtful. deliberating.
her head tilts. )

( behind her, a tail sways gently. long, furred and oddly plush despite the muck all around. or maybe there's two? hm! a trick of the low light, mayhap. )

holed away in one of the dens of the vessels' own making, she's cleared off a corner to settle in for the moment. the floor isn't the best place to be, but one cannot be too picky when deep underground.
she'll just watch for a moment or two after she takes her seat on the ground, her eyes following the movement of vessels moving hither and tither to coordinate with one another, go about some kind of chore, or maybe sneak off like no one might notice. there's no telling what criteria she's decided on in singling someone out, but she will!
either by grabbing the passerby's ankle like a cat that's decided to swipe at the moving thing, stage whispering an incredibly unhelpful 'hey you!', or flicking a tiny little pebble in that direction. she'll catch attention one way or the other.
the fluffy tail is caught behind her and the wall, but still it wags at the tip as she pats at her own lap. insistently. she's offering it up as a pillow! )
Come rest! We have to make sure to get some sleep so we don't get all sluggish when it matters.
